YOUR TEAM'S IDENTITY DESERVES TO BE HANDLED RIGHT.
Names, logos, mascots, league marks and sponsor marks are protected assets. Crowd Standard confirms the right to use them before branded merchandise goes live.
DESIGN FIRST. SELL ONLY WITH PERMISSION.
We can explore creative direction privately, but approval to review a concept is not the same thing as permission to sell branded merchandise.
WHAT WE NEED
Written approval from the organization or rights holder covering the names, artwork and usage rules Crowd Standard is authorized to use.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
Private concept directions using generic wording, original Crowd Standard graphics or materials supplied specifically for review.
PUBLIC DOESN'T MEAN FREE TO USE
A public logo, school color, nickname or existing merchandise listing does not automatically grant commercial use.
CROWD STANDARD CONCEPTS
Original phrases, graphic systems and generic collection ideas can be developed independently and adapted after permissions are clear.
WHY THIS MATTERS.
Clear approvals protect the organization, protect the shop and keep a strong design process from turning into a rights problem later.
