DO TEAMS HAVE TO ORDER INVENTORY?
The goal is to minimize or eliminate program-held inventory whenever the selected fulfillment setup allows it.
CAN A SHOP STAY OPEN ALL YEAR?
Yes. Year-round access is a core part of the model when the program wants it.
CAN WE USE OUR TEAM LOGO?
Only when the program has authorized the use and Crowd Standard has the permission needed to produce and sell the merchandise.
CAN WE START WITH ONE TEAM?
Yes. A pilot collection is often the simplest and smartest way to begin.
HOW DOES GIVEBACK WORK?
Any giveback terms are agreed with the participating program before launch, including eligible sales and how the amount is calculated.
WHO HANDLES CUSTOMER QUESTIONS?
Crowd Standard is designed to be the customer-facing shop so coaches and volunteers are not fielding routine apparel questions.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS + SHIPPING?
Final terms depend on the fulfillment method used for a live shop and are shown before customers purchase.
